As I promised you, here are the smoothies for Days 3 & 4. Enjoy!

Day 3- Blackberry – Lemon Blast

Need a refreshing smoothie for a hot summer afternoon? Blackberries are low glycemic and offer a naturally delicious way to boost your memory. They also contain a strong and unique blend of phytonutrients that is essential for your cardiovascular system, eye health, blood sugar levels, and may also help in prevention of cancer.

Lemon is amazing for quick detoxification of the blood which may result from excessive work load of the kidneys and liver. The blend also needs addition of spinach which plays a critical role in adding iron, vitamin C and K, calcium, carotenes and folic acid. Besides, it supports stomach, large intestines, and liver functions.
